Insurance
Please note that I am not in-network with any insurance providers.
Client who wish to submit to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement will be provided with a monthly statement upon request. Clients who choose to pursue insurance reimbursement should be advised that their insurance company may request treatment records in order to approve payments. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company to clarify out-of-network coverage prior to engaging in therapy. Consider asking the following questions:
- Do I have out-of-network coverage for psychotherapy? (Medical billing code: 90834 )
- What is my deductible? How much of my deductible has already been met?
- What is the process for submitting for reimbursement? What paperwork needs to be completed and where do I send it?
- Will I have to provide treatment records (i.e. session notes, diagnosis codes, etc.) in order to receive reimbursement?
- Is reimbursement offered for tele-therapy sessions?
- How much will I be reimbursed for each session? How long will it take to get paid?
